Smoked Salmon Bagel


  • 100g Tassal Smoked Salmon
  • 120g spreadable cream cheese
  • 1 tsp capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon rind, finely grated
  • 2 mixed seed bagels
  • 1/4 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into ribbons
  • micro cress or sprouts (to serve)

  1. In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, capers, herbs and lemon rind. Stir to combine.
  2. Slice bagels in half and spread with the herbed cream cheese. Cut two thick slices of lettuce and place on top of the cream cheese. Top with a generous amount of smoked salmon and serve with cucumber ribbons and a scatter of fresh herbs.
