Berry Smoothie Bowl
A healthy summer breakfast option!
Start the day the right way with this quick and easy berry smoothie bowl recipe.
Ingredients
- 220g packet frozen fruit
- 1/3 cup natural yoghurt
- ¼ cup Macro almond milk
- 1/3 cup Organic Rolled Oats
- ¼ cup Organic almonds
- 1 tsp Organic honey
- 1 Tbsp desiccated coconut, to serve
- 1 Tbsp pepitas, to serve
- Organic sunflower kernels, to serve
- Blueberries, to serve
- Strawberries, to serve
Method
- Place frozen fruit, yoghurt, milk, oats, almonds and honey in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Transfer smoothie mix to a serving bowl then top with coconut, seeds and berries. Serve immediately.
