Healthy Smoothie
Kick-start your day the right way with this dairy-free smoothie, packed with nutrients to keep you fueled for longer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Macro Organic rolled oats
- 4 Tbsp Macro organic cacao powder
- 1 hass avocado
- 1L Macro Organic coconut water
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 16 dates, pitted and diced
Method
- Blitz oats in a blender to make a fine powder.
- Add the cacao powder, avocado and coconut water and blitz.
- Add the berries, mango and diced dates and continue to blitz until smooth.
- Serve in tall glasses.
