Green Beans & Asparagus
Ingredients
- 300g green beans
- 2 bunch asparagus
- 4 radishes, cut into matchsticks
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Method
- Cook beans and asparagus in a saucepan of boiling water for 1 minute or until just tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water. Drain.
- Transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Top with radish and almonds. Serve.
