Green Beans & Asparagus


  • 300g green beans
  • 2 bunch asparagus
  • 4 radishes, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted

  1. Cook beans and asparagus in a saucepan of boiling water for 1 minute or until just tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water. Drain.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Top with radish and almonds. Serve.
