Promotion:
Purchase Requirement: To enter the promotion, participants must purchase any two Dettol product(s) from participating Fresh Choice and Super Value stores during the promotion period.
Proof of Purchase & Entry Submission: Upon making a purchase, participants will find a designated entry box located at the front of the store. Participants are required to provide the following information on the back of their receipt:
- Full name
- Email address
- Contact number
Confirmation: After completing the entry form, participants will drop it into the entry box provided at the store's front desk. Each receipt (entry form) must be placed in the entry
box individually.
Limitations:
- Each purchase of a two Dettol products entitles the participant to one entry into the promotion. Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries, provided each entry corresponds to a unique proof of purchase. Example: 5 Dettol products purchased = 2 entries.
- Entries must be submitted within the promotion period to be considered valid.
Verification: Entries will be subject to verification by the promoter. Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or does not meet the entry requirements will be disqualified.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The draw will be conducted within 14 days of the promotion's end date.
Notification: Winners will be notified by email/phone within 14 days of the draw. They will be required to provide further information to verify their eligibility and claim the prize.
Public Announcement: The names of the winners may be announced publicly on Fresh Choice’s website following the notification.
Data Protection: Personal information collected during the entry process will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Participants agree to abide by these entry mechanics and Unilever’s terms and conditions by entering the promotion.
Terms and Conditions for “Win 1 of 30 DOUBLE PASSES FOR THE WIGGLES SHOW”
Promotion:
Promotion Period: The promotion begins on 15/07/2024 and ends on 05/08/2024.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and over, except employees or contractors of participating stores and their immediate families, as well as anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. You must have made an eligible purchase and consent to Fresh Choice and Unilever using your name, photo, hometown and image for publicity and promotional purposes.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must purchase any two Dettol products during the promotion period from participating retailers. Each two units purchased of a Dettol product will count as one entry into the promotion. Example: 5 Dettol products purchased = 2 entries.
Prize: Prize is 1 of 30 Double Pass Tickets to The Wiggles Show during 2024. Winners must be able to attend one of the live shows as listed below:

Auckland – Spark Arena, 28 September 2024, 12:30pm. 5 Double Passes available.

Wellington – Michael Fowler Centre, 30 September 2024, 12:30pm. 10 Double Passes available.

Christchurch – Wolfbrook Arena, 2 October 2024, 12:30pm. 15 Double Passes available.
Prize does not include transfers, accommodation, or travel costs to and from the show. It is at the winner’s own expense to get to and from the show. Tickets are available on a first come first serve base and not all venues may be available to each winner. The Prize winner agrees that any travel disruptions, travel restrictions and associated costs are their own responsibility.
Any additional costs incurred by the Prize winner (e.g. meals, beverages, tips or any other extras) not stated in the above clause are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Notification of Winners: The winners will be notified by email/phone within 14 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
If a winner cannot accept a Prize for any reason (e.g. unable to travel to the venue) that winner’s Prize will be forfeited and no compensation payable. The Prize may be awarded to another winner.
If a winner is under the age of 18, the Prize may, at the discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner’s legal parent or guardian.
Publicity: By entering the promotion, participants agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities regarding the promotion, including the use of their name and
likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions:
a. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
b. The winner, upon being contacted, must provide the original receipt as proof of purchase to claim the prize. Photocopies or duplications will not be accepted.
c. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice.
d. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
e. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
