TikTok Air Fryer Fruit Rolls

Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream. This also can be made with other fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1x Apple
  • 1x Banana
  • 1x Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  • Lotus Biscoff Spread - as much as you like!
  • 6x Rice Paper Rolls

Method

Apple Rolls
  1. Peel & slice Apples and mix in bowl with brown sugar.
  2. Wet rice paper until soft and add Apple mix in - roughly 4 slices.
  3. Roll and place on side plate.
  4. Place 6 rolls in air fryer on 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes or until cooked.
Banana Rolls
  1. Peel and slice Banana.
  2. Wet rice paper until soft and add Banana mix in - roughly 2 slices.
  3. Smear a knife-size scoof of Biscoff spread on Banana.
  4. Roll and place on side plate.
  5. Place 6 rolls in air fryer on 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes or until cooked.
