Easter Egg Slice

Ingredients
Base
- wine biscuits 250g
- 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup (190g) Whittaker’s Dark Chocolate
- 100g butter
- 395g condensed milk
Topping
- 1 1/2 cups (285g) Whittaker’s White Chocolate
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- EASTER EGGS - caramel, marshmallow, speckle etc.
Method
- Crush wine biscuits in a bowl.
- Place butter, condensed milk and Whittaker’s Dark Chocolate in a bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Pour chocolate mix into wine biscuits and mix.
- Add cocoa powder and coconut and mix again.
- Press mixture flat into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Melt Whittaker’s White Chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Pour White Chocolate mix over the Dark Chocolate base.
- Distribute Easter eggs of your choice evenly over white chocolate whilst still melted.
- Place slice in fridge to allow base and topping to set.
- Cut slice into squares and store in a lunch box in the fridge.
