Amplify barbecued meat or seafood with a dollop of this miso butter. Talk about instant flavour!

Ingredients

  • 250g salted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process for 10 seconds or until well combined. Serve with bbq meat, seafood or veg of choice.

Handy Tips

Butter will last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or 2 months in the freezer.
