Lamb and Slaw Burgers v2

Make the most of leftover lamb with this lamb burger recipe. The addition of a coleslaw kit makes this recipe perfect for the midweek dinner rush.


  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 400g leftover cooked lamb, thinly sliced
  • 400g Woolworths tangy & crunchy coleslaw kit
  • 4 brioche burger buns, split, toasted
  • 1/2 cup sweet spiced gherkins, drained, thickly sliced

  1. Place sauces and vinegar in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Add lamb and toss to coat.
  2. Combine coleslaw, noodles and half of the dressing from kit in a medium bowl. Season.
  3. Spread bun bases with remaining dressing. Top with lamb mixture, slaw and gherkins. Serve.
