Honey Pepper Beef Stir-fry

A tasty dish that is easy and quick to make

A mild stir-fry recipe which can be change to suit the seasonal vegetables available.


Base Ingredients
  • 500g Beef (steak)
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 ½ Peanut Oil
Sauce Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp beef stock
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp ground black pepper.

  1. Add all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  2. Add 1 ½ tbsp peanut oil to wok or pan,heat until slightly smoking.
  3. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 small sliced onion.
  4. Add 500g Beef Stir Fry to pan,cook for 1 minute.
  5. Reduce heat to Medium/Medium High.
  6. Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a seperate bowl. Add to the pan and cook until syrupy.
  7. Serve with noodles or rice.
