Fruit Toast with Ricotta, Fruit & Seeds
Take your morning toast to the next level with vanilla ricotta, in-season fruits and a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients
- 4 slice mighty soft fruit loaf cafe style
- 1 passionfruit
- 60g raspberries
- 60g blueberries
- 60g mango slices
- 3/4 cup smooth ricotta
- 1 tbs seed, fruit & nut mix
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 2 tbs roasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 tbs honey
Method
- Toast 4 slices of Mighty Soft Raisin Toast.
- In a small bowl combine ricotta & vanilla paste.
- Generously slather the raisin toast with the vanilla ricotta.
- Layer the mango, raspberries, blueberries & passionfuit on top.
- Sprinkle with seed, fruit and nut mix & top off with roasted hazelnuts.
- Serve with a drizzle of honey.
