Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Large Onion; diced
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 cups Fish stock
  • 2 Ea Potatoes; diced
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 3 sprigs Dill
  • 200g Salmon, diced in chunks
  • 100g Moki, diced in chunks

Method

  1. In a large pot, add butter, onion, celery and garlic. Cook until softened. Add in paprika salt and pepper then cook for another minute.
  2. Add potatoes and fish stock simmer until potatoes are cooked.
  3. Whisk milk and flour together then stir into the pot.
  4. Add Salmon and Moki, cook for about 3 to 4 minutes depending on the size of the fish.
  5. Finish with fresh herbs, adjust seasoning then serve with focaccia.
