After an easy pasta recipe? Try this super speedy baked feta pasta. Simply bake tomatoes, garlic and feta together for a quick, no-fuss homemade pasta sauce.


  • 3 x 200g punnets Solanato tomatoes
  • 200g block smooth feta
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 x 500g rigatoni

  1. Preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan-forced.
  2. Place tomatoes on a large, shallow baking tray. Place feta in centre of tray. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with oregano and season. Bake for 30 minutes or until feta starts to brown.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to packet instructions.
  4. Remove tray from oven. Using a fork, crush feta and tomatoes. Add drained pasta to tray and toss to combine. Scatter over basil leaves and serve.
