Tuna Pasta Salad
Whip up this tasty pasta salad for a welcomed addition to the lunchbox this week.
Ingredients
- 100g pasta
- 100g green beans, trimmed, chopped
- 95g can tuna in spring water
- 40g light shredded cheese
- 1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
Method
- Cook pasta in boiling water until tender, adding beans for the last 2 minutes. Drain, rinse and cool.
- Add drained tuna, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Quarter cherry tomatoes and add with corn kernels. Spoon into sealable containers.
