Tuna Pasta Salad

2001 tuna pasta salad

Whip up this tasty pasta salad for a welcomed addition to the lunchbox this week.


  • 100g pasta
  • 100g green beans, trimmed, chopped
  • 95g can tuna in spring water
  • 40g light shredded cheese
  • 1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water until tender, adding beans for the last 2 minutes. Drain, rinse and cool.
  2. Add drained tuna, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Quarter cherry tomatoes and add with corn kernels. Spoon into sealable containers.
