Spiced Nuts & Seeds

1903 spiced nuts and seeds

This makes a great spicy snack.


  • 1 cup macadamias
  • 1/2 tsp each smoked paprika (ground cumin and ground coriander)
  • 2 tbs pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup cashews

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to coat. Spread over tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until dark brown.
  3. Remove from oven and set aside to cool, stirring occasionally. Once cool, store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
