Spiced Nuts & Seeds
This makes a great spicy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup macadamias
- 1/2 tsp each smoked paprika (ground cumin and ground coriander)
- 2 tbs pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup cashews
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to coat. Spread over tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until dark brown.
- Remove from oven and set aside to cool, stirring occasionally. Once cool, store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
