Bhuja Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ Avocado
  • Salad mix
  • Original Bhuja mix 100g
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Baby spinach
  • Lemon juice

Method

  1. Chop the avocado and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. On a serving plate, layer the salad mix and baby spinach.
  3. Add the avocado and cherry tomatoes over the greens.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle generously with Original Bhuja mix for that perfect crunch.
  5. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice for freshness — and dig in!
