Mango Mousse
A fresh, delicious mango dessert

Indulge in this refreshing tropical dessert this summer. Loaded with fresh fruit, light mousse and a splash of mint this combination is like no other!

  • 2 large ripe fiberless mangoes
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ box mango jelly
  • 125ml fresh cream
  • Sugar to taste
  • Garnish - 1 mango (cubed) Mint leaves
View Method Mango Mousse


  1. Peel mangoes. Remove flesh from pits and place in blender with water.
  2. Blend till smooth, add little sugar to taste, blend again.
  3. Whip fresh cream till stiff.
  4. Mix jelly according to box instructions. Allow to set a little.
  5. Mix jelly mixture into pureed mangoes.
  6. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  7. Spoon in serving bowls and place in fridge to chill and set.
  8. Garnish with cubed mangoes and mint and serve cold.
