Easy Barbecue Chicken Drumsticks
Save time with ready-marinated, mouth-wateringly saucy drumsticks for dinner.
Ingredients
- 1kg Simply Cook Chicken Drumsticks with Sweet BBQ Glaze
- 1 Corn Cobbettes
- 1 Fine Cut Coleslaw
- 1 Creamy Pasta Salad
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread chicken on tray in a single layer and bake for 40 minutes.
- Just before chicken has finished cooking, pierce packet of corn and microwave for 5 minutes following pack instructions.
- Place pasta salad and coleslaw in a large bowl and toss together. Serve chicken with corn and salad.
