Creamy Tuna & Dill Dip
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 2 tbs dill, chopped
- 250g light cream cheese
- 185g can tuna in springwater, drained
Method
- Process 250g light cream cheese, 185g can tuna in springwater, drained, 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt, 2 tbs chopped dill, 1/4 cup capers and 1 tbs lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl.
