Creamy Tuna & Dill Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 tbs dill, chopped
  • 250g light cream cheese
  • 185g can tuna in springwater, drained

Method

  1. Process 250g light cream cheese, 185g can tuna in springwater, drained, 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt, 2 tbs chopped dill, 1/4 cup capers and 1 tbs lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl.
