Pour milk into cookie tray and stand for 1 minute or until biscuits soften. Drain.
Place mascarpone, cream, icing sugar and vanilla in the bowl of a stand mixer and whisk until soft peaks form.
To assemble, dollop a little cream mixture into 2 dessert glasses or wide-mouth jars. Top with a cookie and another dollop of cream mixture, spreading evenly with the back of a spoon. Using a sieve, sift over some chocolate powder, then add a layer of strawberries. Repeat to make two more layers, finishing with a layer of strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
