2002 cookie tiramisu pots

A decadent dessert to show your love for a special someone.


  • 200g pkt chocolate chip cookies or cookies of choice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 125g Italian-style mascarpone
  • 2/3 cup thickened cream
  • 2 Tbsp icing sugar mixture
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup instant drinking chocolate powder
  • 250g strawberries, hulled, thinly sliced into heart shapes

  1. Pour milk into cookie tray and stand for 1 minute or until biscuits soften. Drain.
  2. Place mascarpone, cream, icing sugar and vanilla in the bowl of a stand mixer and whisk until soft peaks form.
  3. To assemble, dollop a little cream mixture into 2 dessert glasses or wide-mouth jars. Top with a cookie and another dollop of cream mixture, spreading evenly with the back of a spoon. Using a sieve, sift over some chocolate powder, then add a layer of strawberries. Repeat to make two more layers, finishing with a layer of strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
