Preheat barbecue on medium. Place fruit in a disposable foil tray. Add liqueur and sugar. Toss to combine.
Crumble biscuits over fruit. Cover with foil. Place on barbecue. Roast for 15 minutes. Remove foil and cook for 10 minutes or until fruit has softened. Serve with cream or ice-cream, drizzled with juice from cooked fruit.
