  • 1 garlic clove peeled halved
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 2 antipasto selection
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Basil leaves to serve

  1. Preheat chargrill pan on medium-high heat. Cook bread slices on both sides until toasted. Remove and rub 1 side of each slice with cut side of the garlic. Drizzle with a little oil.
  2. Place bread onto a serving platter. Top with pesto, antipasto selection and garnish with small basil leaves. Serve.
