Sparkling Rose Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs cointreau
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • 2 cup lemonade, chilled
  • 750ml rose, chilled

Method

  1. Place a raspberry and a mint leaf in each hole of an ice-cube tray. Top with water. Freeze. Combine chilled rose, chilled lemonade and Cointreau in a punch bowl with ice cubes. Ladle punch into glasses. Garnish with extra raspberries.
