Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic, paprika and bolognese mix, then cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until softened.
Add stock and cream. Bring to the boil over high heat. Add pasta and simmer, uncovered and stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add pizza cheese and chicken, then cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until chicken is warmed through and cheese has melted. Season.
Ladle soup among bowls. Season with pepper. Serve topped with parmesan and parsley.
