Healthier Apricot Cereal Balls

Hungry kids will have a ball with these super easy apricot-filled snacks, bursting with coconut and tropical vibes. Plus, they're a nutritionally approved snack that the kids will love.

Ingredients

  • 8 breakfast wheat biscuits, broken
  • 200g Woolworths dried & diced apricots
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 1/4 cups desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbs honey

Method

  1. Process the wheat biscuits, apricots, milk, 1 cup of coconut and honey until combined.
  2. Using 2 tbs at a time, roll mixture into 12 balls.
  3. Place remaining coconut on a plate. Roll balls in coconut to coat. Chill until required.
