Cranberry Topped Baked Brie

A tasty entertaining recipe.

This will be your new entertaining go to, quick, easy and full of melted cheese!


  • 125g Brie
  • 1 ½ cup frozen cranberries
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp honey (add more to taste for a sweeter sauce)

Prepare Brie:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan assisted).
  2. Place the Brie on a tray lined with baking paper. Using a sharp knife score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melting and turning a golden colour.
  4. Remove from the oven. Spoon over cranberry sauce and serve with crackers or fresh baguette.
Prepare sauce:
  1. Place cranberries, water and honey into a small pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Stirring often.
  2. Once boiling turn down and simmer for approx five minutes, stirring often until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness to liking. Add more water if you want to thin the sauce out.
