December 2022 Recipients
Congratulations to our December Community Fund Recipients
FreshChoice Westport supported Westport Women's Refuge by giving them $300. Kawatiri Homer Schoolers also received $200.
FreshChoice Takaka donated $500 to the Lions Club of Golden Bay. $250 was given to the Golden Bay WorkCentre Trust and another $250 to the Golden Bay RSA. Golden Bay Axemen Club received $250 and Totally Kids Daycare also were given $250.
FreshChoice Richmond supported the Tasman Swim Club by giving them $200, $50 was given to the Henley School Year 6 leavers and an additional $200 was donated to Holy Trinity Richmond.
FreshChoice Te Ngae gave $500 to the Rotorua Community Hospice.
FreshChoice Roslyn distributed $500 to the Hill City/University Athletic Club.
FreshChoice Te Awamutu donated $100 worth of FC Vouchers to the Pakete Lions. Te Awamutu Country Music Club were given $10. Te Awamutu Rotary also received $50 to go towards their Christmas Parade. $250 was donated to the Te Awamutu College Fundraiser for Kainga Aroha sausage sizzle. Te Awamutu Bowls also received $90 for their Christmas raffle.
FreshChoice Prebbleton: supported The Nest Collective Christchurch Branch by donating $200.00 (to purchase items for packs for essentials for the first year of life for new babies). Selwyn Parenting Network Inc also received $200.00 for Selwyn Children's Day. Summerset Prebbleton Retirement Village were given $100.00 Gift Basket for their Market Day raffle.
FreshChoice Nelson: donated $120 to the Nelson Hospital Pediatrics Ward and $380 to the Nelson Women's Refuge.
FreshChoice Barrington: gave away $500 to the Christchurch South Community Watch.
FreshChoice Picton: donated a total of $1,941.70 in the month of December. The Foodbank received $1,426.70, Picton Senior Citizens Club received $15.00 and St John received $500 for a defib battery.
FreshChoice Half Moon Bay: gave away a total of $760. Lions Club Meat Raffle received $60, Bucklands & Eastern Beaches Rate Payers Association $100, and two $250 School Hampers were given away The World School Seven's tournament also received $100.
FreshChoice Omokoroa: gave away $500 to the Omokoroa Boat Club.
