Swiss Cheese & Chilli Peanut Ino Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice thick brioche
  • 100g Swiss cheese (Gruyère or Emmental), grated
  • 2 tbsp chilli peanut butter
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Cut thick slice of brioche 1 inch cut a small square in the middle and place 2 egg yolk in the center
  2. Place swiss cheese around the outside
  3. Airfry 180c for 10 minutes
  4. Finish Spoon bones pickles chilli peanut over the top to finish.
