Ingredients

  • 60ml Ruffino Prosecco
  • 45ml Cognac
  • 22ml Lemon
  • 30ml Apple Cider
  • 15ml Honey syrup

Method

  1. Shake the cognac, lemon, apple cider and honey.
  2. Strain into a lowball glass with ice and top with Prosecco.
