  1. Who can collect Woolworths Bricks and how long can they be collected for? Customers who make a Qualifying Shop at FreshChoice from Wednesday 28th January 2026 to Sunday 15th March 2026 (the Offer Period) can collect Woolworths Bricks packs, while stocks last.

  2. What age is Woolworths Bricks suitable for? Woolworths Bricks packs contain small pieces and are not suitable for children under the age of 5 due to the risk of small parts which present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is advised at all times. Please refer to safety warnings on the product packaging.

  3. Do I need to ask for my Woolworths Bricks packs? In our stores, Bricks packs will be handed out to eligible customers at both manned and self-serve checkouts. Please do not hesitate to remind service operators if you are eligible. Online customers are automatically opted in; to opt out, add a note like “No Bricks Packs, please” in the Notes field at checkout.

  4. Can Woolworths Bricks be recycled? Yes, you can return any Bricks packs or pre-loved Bricks to your local FreshChoice store. We work with local community organisations and a global recycling partner to donate or recycle them. Look for the dedicated recycling bin or ask at the Customer service counter. Please return them by 31/03/26.

  5. What can I do with my Woolworths Bricks pieces? Woolworths Bricks is all about building and playing. Check out freshchoice.co.nz/bricks for alternative creation ideas. A Home Starter pack is also available for purchase ($12 RRP) both in-store and online while stocks last.

  6. How much do I need to spend to get a Bricks pack? FreshChoice customers receive one (1) Woolworths Bricks pack for every $30 spent in a single transaction (excluding "Excluded Purchases"), up to a limit of 20 packs per transaction. For online orders, the $30 minimum applies per pick-up or delivery order placed during the Offer Period.

  7. What products are not included in a Qualified Shop? Excluded Purchases include tobacco/vaping products, gift cards, Christmas Saver Plan, mobile/internet recharges, cash outs, lottery products, in-store cafe products, charity donations, and various service fees. Purchases made via third-party delivery apps like Uber Eats or at SuperValue stores are also excluded.

  8. What is in a Woolworths Bricks pack? Each pack contains one or more Bricks piece(s) and an instructions/sticker sheet if applicable. There are 40 different packs to collect.

  9. Is there a limit on how many Woolworths Bricks packs I can receive for each shop? Yes, there is a maximum limit of 20 Woolworths Bricks packs per Qualifying Shop at FreshChoice.

  10. Are there any other ways to collect Woolworths Bricks packs? No, this promotion is only available for customers who shop at FreshChoice or Woolworths (including Metro and MILKRUN).

  11. Are there any items to purchase other than collecting the Woolworths Bricks? Yes, there is a Home Starter pack and additional expansion packs (like a backyard BBQ or garden shed) available for purchase while stocks last. Visit freshchoice.co.nz/bricks for more info.

  12. Can I choose which Woolworths Bricks pack I receive? No, packs are handed out at random and customers cannot choose specific ones.

  13. I missed out on a Woolworths Bricks pack in-store or online. How can I get them? For in-store shops, visit the service desk with your receipt next time you are in. For online orders, please contact your store’s online team.

  14. Can I request another customer’s Woolworths Bricks packs if they don’t want them? If a customer hands them to you personally, you may keep them. However, FreshChoice team members are not permitted to give you another customer's entitlement.

  15. Is there a way to swap Woolworths Bricks with other customers? Yes, we are hosting an official 'Swap Day' on Saturday 28th February from 10-11am at your local FreshChoice store. This is a "give-one-take-one" event for the community.

  16. How many unique Woolworths Bricks Home packs are there? There are 40 different packs to collect, plus one rare Golden Brick.

  17. How many rare Woolworths Bricks are there? There are 50 rare Golden Bricks available at FreshChoice. Each comes with a unique code to claim 4,000 Everyday Rewards points.

  18. What if I didn’t receive my Woolworths Bricks with my online order? Please contact your store’s online team for assistance with missing packs while stocks last.

  19. What if my Woolworths Bricks from my online order arrives damaged? Please contact your store’s online team to arrange replacements while stocks last.
