Tropical Parfait with Macadamia & Vanilla Nut Crunch

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pure Delish Macadamia & Vanilla Nut Crunch
  • 3 cups coconut yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup passionfruit curd
  • 1 pineapple, flesh chopped
  • 1 paw paw or mango, flesh chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the fresh chopped fruit. Toss through lime juice then set aside.
  2. Take 1 cup of Pure Delish Macadamia & Vanilla Nut Crunch and divide it between 6 glasses. Top with a generous spoonful of coconut yoghurt, passionfruit curd and the fresh fruit. Repeat the above steps and finish with a little extra Nut Crunch.
