Raspberry Banana Biscoff Porridge

This warming bowl of porridge is the perfect mix of crunchy and creamy.

Ingredients

Porridge:
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
Toppings:
  • 1 small banana, chopped
  • 1/4 cup granola of your choice
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • Dollop of greek or coconut yoghurt
  • Dollop of biscoff or your favourite nut butter
  • Dash of milk of your choice

Method

  1. Heat oats and water over medium heat in a pot.
  2. When the oats and water have started to blend, add in and fold through chia seeds, hemp seeds and raspberries.
  3. When oats have formed a creamy texture, remove from heat.
  4. Add toppings and enjoy!
