Mexican Wrap

Pop these Mexican wraps in the little ones lunch box for a flavour-packed lunchbox filler.
Ingredients
- 45g whole grain wrap
- 2 butter lettuce leaves
- 1/2 carrot, grated
- 1/4 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 20g grated cheddar
Method
- Top a wrap with 2 lettuce leaves, leftover bolognese mince, carrot, capsicum, and cheese. Wrap to enclose. Note: this recipe uses 1/3 cup of leftover bolognese mince.
Handy Tips
For other wrap ideas, you could use leftover roast chicken and pumpkin with mashed avocado and baby spinach leaves.
