Butter Chicken Gnocchi

Try a new spin on Butter Chicken with this tasty twist!


  • 1x Pack Gnocchi
  • 3 Cups Baby Spinach
  • Grated Parmesan to service
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Brown Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Cream or Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Tablespoon Tandoori Masala

  1. Pre heat oven to 180c Fan Grill or Grill
  2. Boil Gnocchi as per package instructions, drain and set aside.
  3. Melt Butter in a large pan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes until onions are soft. Stir in Cayenne Pepper, Curry Powder, Garam Masala. Once combined, add cream and tomato sauce and stir on medium heat for 5 minutes. Wilt Spinach in until combined.
  4. Stir in cooked gnocchi for 1-2 minutes until combined and warm. Pour mixture into oven proof tray and sprinkle Parmesan across to cover entire mixture. Place in oven for 2-5 minutes dependant on preference of melted cheese.
  5. Serve.
