Butter Chicken Gnocchi

Try a new spin on Butter Chicken with this tasty twist!
Ingredients
- 1x Pack Gnocchi
- 3 Cups Baby Spinach
- Grated Parmesan to service
Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Brown Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Cream or Coconut Cream
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Tablespoon Tandoori Masala
Method
- Pre heat oven to 180c Fan Grill or Grill
- Boil Gnocchi as per package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Melt Butter in a large pan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes until onions are soft. Stir in Cayenne Pepper, Curry Powder, Garam Masala. Once combined, add cream and tomato sauce and stir on medium heat for 5 minutes. Wilt Spinach in until combined.
- Stir in cooked gnocchi for 1-2 minutes until combined and warm. Pour mixture into oven proof tray and sprinkle Parmesan across to cover entire mixture. Place in oven for 2-5 minutes dependant on preference of melted cheese.
- Serve.
