Boil Gnocchi as per package instructions, drain and set aside.
Melt Butter in a large pan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes until onions are soft. Stir in Cayenne Pepper, Curry Powder, Garam Masala. Once combined, add cream and tomato sauce and stir on medium heat for 5 minutes. Wilt Spinach in until combined.
Stir in cooked gnocchi for 1-2 minutes until combined and warm. Pour mixture into oven proof tray and sprinkle Parmesan across to cover entire mixture. Place in oven for 2-5 minutes dependant on preference of melted cheese.
