Two Raw Sisters, the best selling cookbook authors and food workshop supremos have launched a couple of exciting, different projects. Obviously their second cookbook, All Eaters Welcome, is out now. Go get your copy! Equally important they have just launched 4 seasonal ready to eat salads in your local FreshChoice. Produced in conjunction with Hello Foods these delicious salads are ready to eat directly from new industry leading compostable boxes.
‘We love grain-based salads, because they are so filling, taste great and don’t take too much thinking about what else to add on the side. We really enjoy mixing wholesome flavours and we list all the plant based ingredients on the box. Need a bit extra-pop in an avo. Like a little protein - all 4 salads come with a couple of suggestions.’
These salads are designed as an easy healthy alternative convenience food - pick one up for lunch [comes with it’s own fork] or take home and mix with your favourite protein.
