Chipolatas with Onion Dip

Now everyone will love these, from Grandad right down to the youngest member of the family.

Ingredients

500g (about 10) chipolatas
3 stalks celery
150g sour cream
3 Tbsp finely chopped spring onion or 1 Tbsp onion soup mix
2 Tbsp fi nely chopped parsley

Hints & Tips

Cooking Instructions

Place the chipolatas in a large non-stick frying pan and heat gently until cooked and browned all over. Alternatively cook under a medium grill. Meanwhile, string the celery and cut into sticks. Combine the sour cream with the spring onion or soup mix and parsley. Serve the chipolatas on a plate with the celery sticks and the onion dip. Serves about 4.
