Beef Onion Kebabs
Great meal one the children will love
Ingredients
500g rump steak
2 onions
250g button mushtrooms
3 tbsp each soy sauce, golden syrup or honey, lemon juice, canola oil

Cooking Instructions
Cut the steak into 2.5cm cubes. Cut the onions into quarters or chunks. Thread onto skewers alternately with the beef and mushrooms. Halve the mushrooms if too big. Place in a dish large enough to hold the kebabs. Combine the liquid ingredients and brush over the skewers to coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat a grill to high. Cook the kebabs for about 5 minutes each side, basting once. Great served with rice or mashed potatoes. Serves 4.
