Barbecued Pork Slices
Put with a salad and you have a meal, or have just on their own as nibbles - choice is yours!!
Ingredients
1kg pork slices
Marinade:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp grated root ginger
3 Tbsp each: soy sauce, orange juice
1 Tbsp each: cornflour, sugar, vinegar
1 tsp chilli paste
salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions
Trim the slices and cut into serving size pieces, if necessary. Combine all ingredients for the marinade. Place the slices in a plastic bag and add the marinade. Move around to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line an oven tray with foil. Place the slice on a rack in the pan. Baste with the marinade Bake for 25 minutes, turn the fi ngers over, brush with more marinade and bake a further 25 minutes. Brown on the barbecue for about 5 minutes or under a grill. Serve hot. Serves 4-6.
