Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Can't beat these!! Great as a quick and easy dessert that everyone will love.
Ingredients
100g dark chocolate
2x250g punnet strawberries

Cooking Instructions
Break up the chocolate into pieces. Place in a heat proof dish and suspend over simmering water until the chocolate is melted. Meanwhile wash the strawberries and remove the leaves (or leave if desired for garnish). Set aside to dry. Line a tray with greaseproof paper. Once the chocolate is melted remove from the heat and one by one half dip the strawberries into the chocolate. Line on the tray so the strawberries are not touching. Once all the berries are dipped, place the tray in the fridge to set the chocolate. These should be eaten the same day for the best flavour.
